Terms of Service

Account, company administration, acceptable use, and billing conditions for the TDO CRM website and Android app.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. Using TDO CRM

These Terms apply to use of the TDO CRM website, Android app, and related services by a registering company, its administrators, and authorized users. The person registering a company represents that they are authorized to manage that workspace. Users must follow these Terms, the Privacy Policy, applicable law, and their company's internal policies. If a separate written agreement governs a company account, that agreement may add specific commercial terms.

2. Accounts and company administration

A company administrator creates or manages the workspace, team members, roles, permissions, assignments, and billing details. Accounts are for authorized users; credentials and mobile access tokens must be protected and should not be shared. The company is responsible for access granted to its staff and for promptly removing access when a user leaves or no longer needs it. Users must provide accurate registration and billing information and notify an administrator of unauthorized access.

Features and data visible to a user depend on company, role, permissions, plan, and subscription status. Platform administrators may administer the service and support company accounts.

3. The service

TDO CRM provides lead and customer records, call activity, tasks, work reports, team administration, analytics, content sharing, and mobile synchronization as available in the current product. The Android app may act as the default phone app and can synchronize calls handled by it, including personal calls on a shared device, after the app's applicable account-level disclosure and sync choice. The company is responsible for informing its users and choosing appropriate devices and permissions. Mobile features can depend on Android permissions, connectivity, device support, and active authentication.

We may maintain, fix, or change the service. Availability can be affected by networks, devices, providers, or maintenance. No specific uptime service level is stated in these Terms.

4. Trials, seats, and subscription access

The self-registration flow currently offers a three-day company trial, with the initial seat allowance shown at registration. Coupons or promotions may extend a trial, adjust charges, or grant capacity according to the offer displayed. Trial access can end when the recorded trial period expires. After expiry, the web portal can lock until the required payment is verified and the paid plan is activated.

Paid access is based on the user capacity, rate, amount, and subscription period shown in the relevant billing screen, ticket, or invoice. Company administrators can manage paid seats subject to available capacity. Prices and taxes should be checked in the actual payment record before submitting payment; these Terms do not set a universal price or tax rate.

5. Payments, renewal, and invoices

Depending on configuration, a payment ticket can offer Razorpay checkout or a manual payment-reference route. Submitting a transaction ID or gateway reference does not itself activate access: an authorized administrator verifies the payment and marks the ticket paid. A confirmed payment extends access for the billing period recorded by the service. Renewal requires a further confirmed payment; the current flow does not establish automatic recurring card charges. If access expires without renewal, the portal may remain locked until payment is confirmed.

Company billing details, payment references, and invoice records are maintained for the transaction. Contact support with the ticket and transaction details about a failed, disputed, duplicate, or refund-requested payment. Any applicable written order and mandatory law govern refund rights.

6. Company data and individual information

These Terms do not transfer ownership of a company's lead, customer, task, or other business content to TDO CRM. The company is responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and permissions for information it uploads or synchronizes, including employee, agent, customer, contact, and call data. It must give required notices and obtain any permissions or consent required for its use of the service. TDO CRM may process that information to operate, secure, support, and bill for the service as explained in the Privacy Policy.

Account deactivation and soft deletion are different from permanent deletion. Some shared records, billing records, audit records, or backups may need separate handling. Companies and individuals may request correction or deletion through the channels described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Users must not access another company’s workspace without authorization, misuse credentials, introduce malicious code, disrupt the service, scrape or overload it, circumvent seat or access controls, or use CRM data for unlawful calls, spam, harassment, fraud, or privacy violations. Users must comply with applicable calling, marketing, employment, consumer, and data-protection rules and respect customer opt-outs. The company is responsible for its users’ activity and the messages, files, and records they submit or share.

8. Restrictions, suspension, and termination

Access can be limited by role, deactivation, expired trial or subscription, or account and security controls. TDO CRM may restrict access where reasonably needed to address misuse, security incidents, legal obligations, or nonpayment. A company administrator can deactivate users and, where authorized, use available deletion controls. Ending access does not automatically erase historical CRM, billing, or audit records; see the Privacy Policy for requests and retention.

9. Responsibilities and liability

Each company remains responsible for its own business decisions, staff supervision, calling practices, customer communications, and records entered into TDO CRM. Reports depend on data supplied by users, devices, and networks and should be checked before relying on them for payroll, compliance, or other consequential decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for service disruption, data loss, or indirect loss is subject to any governing written agreement and non-excludable legal rights. These Terms do not set an unverified monetary liability cap or remove remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Disputes, law, and updates

For an account, billing, or service dispute, first contact TDO CRM support with the relevant company and ticket details so the issue can be investigated. Disputes are subject to applicable Indian law, mandatory rights, any separately agreed contract terms, and the courts or other forum with jurisdiction under those rules. We may update these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change; the date above identifies this version.
